Description:

  • Responsible for obtaining quality blood specimens by venipuncture and microtechniques with the least possible discomfort.The phlebotomist serves as the laboratory’s representative to the patient and must deliver care in a positive and caring manner.

  • Purpose PurposeHigh School Diploma or GED is required.No previous experience is required, but previous experience in phlebotomy techniques preferred
