The Role

Performs activities in support of business unit. This includes inputting and extracting data for daily\weekly reporting on production metrics. Collects, records, tracks and verify data and information from multiple sources. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, timelines, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to other functional units on production status.

Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience

-or-

Associates degree and 2 years of experience

-or-

Bachelors degree or above and 0 years of experience

Must be willing and able to work any shift assigned.

Nice to Have

Current or prior shipyard administrative experience. High level of Interpersonal skills with large teams. Perficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
