Responsibilities:

• Perform Flux Core (FCAW) and MIG welding on structural steel components

• Fabricate and weld bridge and infrastructure assemblies

• Read blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

• Operate fabrication equipment and overhead cranes

• Inspect weld quality and maintain safety standards

• Work with a team to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience in structural steel, fabrication, manufacturing, heavy industrial, shipbuilding, construction, or related industries

• FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, or structural welding experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings is a plus

• Ability to pass a welding test

• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jordan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
