HR Coordinator (Temp. position) 8-12 weeks

$19-$24/HR

Join the Absolut Center of Endicott team as an Temp. HR Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our human resources department! As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering various HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination: Administer a variety of HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and PTO management.

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.

  • HR Support: Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits, providing clear and concise information.

  • Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, serve as a point of contact, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and best practices.

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
