The Office Manager - Pediatrics and OBGYN oversees day-to-day clinical operations in an ambulatory setting, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and appropriate staffing support for providers. This role partners with leadership to manage clinical workflows, staff performance, scheduling, patient safety initiatives, and departmental operations.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting staff to meet required performance and metric goals

Manage staff scheduling, payroll, PTO approvals, and daily assignments

Monitor clinical workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency

Lead daily huddles and communicate updates with nursing and practice leadership

Support staff onboarding, training, competency validation, and continuing education

Oversee supply and medication inventory management

Conduct rounds, ensure regulatory readiness, and address workflow concerns

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for clinical staff

Assist with budget management, staffing utilization, and departmental expenses

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualification:
- 3+ years of clinical experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
