Job Description
A top technology client is searching for a Studio and Events Project Coordinator to support their Design org.
The Studio Project Coordinator is the connective tissue for Design Culture across the Design org, coordinating internal Design events, comms support, external event moments, and the day-to-day rhythm of the studio. Day to day, they build and maintain event run-of-shows, timelines and trackers, partner with EAs and Ops on logistics and gifting, liaise with the Human Interface and Industrial Design studios to keep programming aligned, and draft comms and recaps for the org.
Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event, project, or studio coordination within fast-paced creative environments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting large-scale design or brand teams is a plus •Strong eye for detail, quality, and creative craft •Experience supporting design or brand teams at scale •Familiarity with executive-level events
