Senior Program Manager

PathAI's mission is to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. Our platform promises substantial improvements to the accuracy of diagnosis and the efficacy of treatment of diseases like cancer, leveraging modern approaches in machine learning and artificial intelligence. We have a track record of success in deploying AI algorithms for histopathology in translational research, pathology labs and clinical trials. PathAI is looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join the Program Management Office (PMO) and help support the execution of PathAI’s key product development initiatives. The PMO works closely with cross functional representatives, including Product Management and technical teams, to formulate and manage timelines/resources/budgets, log and record risks and actions - and most importantly drive key results within the business. This is a critical role within PathAI. It is an opportunity to work in a company where patients come first. The Opportunity

• You will partner with senior leadership in the PMO and cross-functional technical experts, to help deliver the company’s most complex Product Development Programs
• You will create project plans, run cross-functional team meetings, report outputs to internal stakeholders
• You will resolve issues by bringing the right people together, drive towards decisions and fully document everything along the way (minutes, decision logs, project risks)
• You will manage multiple medium-to-large sized projects independently with responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation.
• You will recommend new ways of working within the organization, with a strong focus on efficiency and delivery.
• You will simplify complex situations, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example.
• You will facilitate team meetings, collecting and consolidating updates, and then communicating a concise status to internal and external senior stakeholders.

Who You Are: (Required)

• You have a Bachelor’s in computer science, biomedical engineering, business (or relevant related field)
• You have a demonstrated foundation in project management essentials, including risk tracking, budget governance, timeline scheduling, and project management software.
• You have demonstrated end-to-end ownership across complex initiatives, driving accountability from initial planning through issue resolution and delivery
• Experience in developing strong internal and external partnerships and fostering a strong team dynamic

Preferred:

• You have 3+ years of industry experience working in a project management role.
• You have a strong background in Life Sciences, Software, Medical Device, and/or Product Development
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• You have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently evaluate, prioritize and handle multiple changing projects and priorities; you complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner

This position is based in Boston, MA (preferred), Indianapolis, IN, Santa Clara, CA or Pleasanton, CA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location Boston, MA is $116,250 - $178,250. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. PathAI is an equal opportunity employer.
