We partner closely with our CAO Operations, CFO, and Engineering teams.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with an agile mindset who is passionate about applying project and program management best practices to successfully deliver large-scale initiatives in a dynamic organization?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our highly collaborative Program Management Office (PMO). You will partner with engineers, project analysts, business stakeholders, and leaders to manage complex technology and operational initiatives through the full project lifecycle.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful delivery and achieve business outcomes

  • Measure, track, and report key project performance indicators, milestones, and business outcomes to support informed decision-making

  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and proactively mitigate delivery risks

  • Facilitate senior-level decision-making through clear reporting, transparency, data, and visualization

  • Interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Facilitate project workshops, working sessions, governance meetings, and executive discussions

  • Improve project team performance by encouraging collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and effective ways of working

  • Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate project management activities into sprint-based delivery

  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management frameworks, standards, tools, and ways of working

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring accountability, sound judgment, flexibility, and a hands-on approach

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting large-scale process and technology initiatives in complex corporate environments, either in-house and/or within management consulting

  • Strong knowledge of Project/Program Management methodologies and the ability to work across Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approaches

  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills

  • Proven ability to independently solve problems and navigate ambiguity

  • Proven ability to influence and lead with and without direct authority

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to synthesize information and communicate key insights to senior stakeholders

  • Results-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

We’d love to see:

  • Full lifecycle Project or Program Management experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other SaaS implementations

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, ideally Scrum

  • Experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical teams, facilitating effective ceremonies, continuous improvement, and process discipline

  • Understanding of Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Payroll processes

  • Big 4 consulting experience as well as in-house corporate experience

  • Experience supporting global implementations

  • PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project

  • Ability to travel as needed, less than 10% of the time
