Project Manager (Early Career) | Indianapolis, IN Our Client | Commercial Construction | Employee-Owned Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite) Pay: $90K-$110K per year plus bonus

About the Opportunity Our client, an employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis, is growing fast and looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare, community health, and airport work, and this hire could step into a healthcare project right away. As an employee-owner, you'll have a real stake in the projects you deliver and in the company's long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on the jobsite
- Manage 1-2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size
- Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years)
- Own project budgets and cost controls
- Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time
- Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Tools You'll Use: Microsoft Office, Autodesk Build, Phoenix (scheduling), and Viewpoint (accounting and cost reporting)
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large, multi-stakeholder projects
- Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules
- Willingness to work onsite with clients
