As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and tracking shipments. You will also support inventory control, warehouse operations, and communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams. Your role involves resolving shipment issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, labels, and invoices.

• Track shipments and update logistics systems with delivery status.

• Support inventory control and warehouse operations, including receiving and order fulfillment.

• Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams.

• Provide production inventory and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or shortages.

• Maintain accurate logistics and transportation records.

• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Essential Skills

• 13 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic Excel skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in manufacturing.

• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to be trained on SAP and related logistics systems.

• Prior experience with SAP is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
