  • Conduct literature reviews and stay current with scientific developments relevant to CoMind's products and therapeutic areas

  • Create and deliver presentations to customers, healthcare professionals, and academic partners

  • Present clinical data, research findings, and medical information in a clear, compelling, and scientifically rigorous manner

  • Participate in medical education events and conferences

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and academic partners focused on nursing relationships

  • Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and customers

  • Gather and synthesize feedback and real-world evidence from stakeholders

  • Support advisory boards, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings

Skills & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing degree (BSN, MSN preferred) and/or PhD in relevant field

  • 3-7 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in clinical operations leadership, clinician education, or related healthcare role; at least 2 years in medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare/medical affairs

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and ability to quickly learn new software systems

  • Comfort with use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist task completion without replacing independent thought

Benefits:
