JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting the Breast Center navigator with the following tasks; patient schedules, assisting with community resources, documentation, and communication. They will connect with patients providing support and comfort. Serve as a patient resource and liaison. Work with provider offices to assist patients with completing screening exams. This position will organize monthly community educational events and attend community health fairs to provide education. Conduct data collection and reporting related to outcomes.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:

High School Graduate or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Excellent verbal and communications skills

Strong analytical skills

Customer/Patient service experience
