Salary: $0 USD per year

Pay or shift range: $45,000 USD to $54,000 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hours: Typically Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility)

Location: On-site Daily

Salary: $45k - $54k (pending experience)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.

  • Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes.

  • Review and analyze capacity utilization

  • Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities

  • Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments

  • Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provide updates

  • Review and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stock.

  • Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions

  • Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO

  • Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods

  • Handles basic to moderate complex issues

  • Perform all other duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Associates' Degree preferred

  • 3 or more years of experience.

  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • Clearly and actively communicates planning, scheduling and changeover information or process issues with affected parties in a timely manner.

  • Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
