Job Description

Product Analyst - Onsite Cincinnati, OH area

Required Skills:

Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business situations

Excellent communication, facilitation, and partner management capabilities

Demonstrated success in gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements

Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with solution validation, process improvement, and change management

Knowledge of regulatory and operational considerations in equity compensation programs

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, other scripting languages) to support technical analysis (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Education and Experience:

6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
