Job Duties
Administer SharePoint sites, including user permissions, content management, governance, site structure.
Design, develop, maintain, and support automated workflows and business processes across the bank's systems and applications, including core banking platforms, SharePoint, Power Automate, and third-party business solutions, to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Design and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, pages, and metadata to support departmental processes and documentation needs.
Provide technical support for end user hardware and software, including operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, banking applications, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software across the organization.
Administer users, groups, and security permissions through Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms.
Monitor antivirus alerts and ensure timely remediation of identified threats.
Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch deployment to maintain system security.
Provide basic systems and network support, including monitoring connectivity, assisting with light firewall and switch tasks, and escalating complex issues as needed.
Image and deploy computers using standardized procedures.
Install and configure scanners for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers, ensuring proper functionality and integration with banking systems.
Remain current with regulatory requirements and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required
Ability to follow technical documentation, procedures, and setup instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and common software applications.
Familiarity with Office 365 tools, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Basic knowledge of SharePoint administration concepts.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, Wi‑Fi, and cabling.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Customer‑service mindset with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing technology needs.
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
