What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Style Business Development will support the transformation and growth of Walmart Style, partnering cross-functionally across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace, and other teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Style Business Development, the role will support strategic initiatives, project manage cross-functional work, advance Private Brand processes and ways of working, and improve operational processes and stakeholder communications. The role will also develop materials for leadership and external meetings, support merchant top-to-tops and All Hands, and analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth opportunities.
About the team:
The Style Strategy & Business Development Office is instrumental in Walmart’s transformation into a leading Style destination across Fashion, Home and Beauty. The team drives strategic planning, including LRP and AOP, supports Private Brand strategy and ways of working, leads and project manages cross-functional transformation initiatives, drives organizational change management, and supports organizational communication. In partnership with business leaders, the team connects strategy to execution, establishes common ways of working across Style, and enables leadership through executive presentations, key meetings and events, and stakeholder engagement, ultimately driving growth and strengthening Walmart Style’s market position.
What you'll do:

Project manage internal and cross-functional strategic initiatives across Style

Drive stakeholder communication and coordination across business and cross-functional teams

Lead development of executive and external-facing materials for leadership meetings, conferences, Supplier Growth Summit, and other key forums

Support merchant top-to-tops and brand pitches, including meeting preparation and materials
-
Lead planning and content development for Style Quarterly All Hands meetings
-
Analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth and differentiation opportunities and inform Style strategy
-
Support Private Brand processes and ways of working across Fashion, Home and Beauty

Support Style strategy and transformation priorities, including working sessions and improvements to operational processes
What you'll bring:

Proven experience in strategy and project management, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into execution

Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success working across functions and aligning teams around shared objectives

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions

Ability to build, manage, and improve project plans, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration

Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling presentations

Adaptability and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
