• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.

• Configure Salesforce capabilities, including objects, automation, security, reports, dashboards, and user experiences.

• Partner with architects and technical teams on integrations, data migration, custom development, and scalable solution design.

• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, testing, deployment, release management, and issue resolution.

• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or administration experience.

• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative automation.

• Experience with requirements management, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integrations, and deployment practices.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:

• Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)

• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location

• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
