Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer

Job Description

The Legal technology organization within a leading global coffee and retail organization is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to help modernize its document management, knowledge management, workflow automation, and AI ecosystem. This role will support the transition from Passport and help establish the Microsoft 365 foundation needed to integrate platforms such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker and Legal Front Door while enabling Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and future AI-driven workflows. The engineer will take a hands-on role in building integrations, automating workflows, provisioning solutions, establishing metadata and governance standards, supporting migrations, and developing an AI-ready SharePoint knowledge environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years engineering Microsoft-based enterprise platforms.

• 5+ years of SharePoint Online engineering experience.

• Strong experience with: o Microsoft Graph o Power Automate o Power Apps o Azure Functions o REST APIs o Entra ID o PowerShell o CI/CD o Git

• Experience building enterprise workflow and automation solutions.

• Experience implementing document-management platforms.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations.

• Experience building scalable provisioning and lifecycle-management services.

• Experience working independently in greenfield environments.
