Opportunity

The Workplace Coordinator manages day-to-day office operations across two locations. This position starts as a 90-day contract with the expectation to transition into a full-time within 4 to 6 months as operational demands grow.

Core Responsibilities Office & Inventory Management

• Manage comprehensive inventory for snacks, beverages, and office supplies to ensure zero downtime in availability.

• Oversee the unpacking, storage, and restocking of kitchens at both locations.

• Manage mail and package deliveries.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor deliveries and office-related inquiries.

Future Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and new employees, ensuring a positive first impression and assisting with sign-in procedures.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages to appropriate team members.

• Coordinate with building management regarding facility maintenance, repairs, and access.

• Assist in planning and executing office events, team gatherings, and culture-building activities.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing desks and welcome kits.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.

• Providing light administrative support to the team.

Role Schedule & Requirements

• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages up to 30lbs on a consistent and daily basis.

• Much of this position requires receiving deliveries each of the 3 days in office.
