Our client, a leading organization in the technology and asset management sector, is seeking a Hardware Asset Coordinator to join their team. As a Hardware Asset Coordinator, you will be part of the Asset Management Department supporting the IT and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hardware Asset Coordinator

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Pay Range: 23 Pay Rate

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and manage hardware assets, including inventory tracking and documentation.

  • Support printer, toner, and asset management processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

  • Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring requirements are met.

  • Handle customer-relation issues promptly and escalate problems according to established procedures.

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

What's Needed?

  • Vocational, Diploma, or Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Degree holder with 1-2 years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of corporate organization, policies, and procedures.

  • Advanced understanding of operating systems and software applications.

  • Basic project management skills and strong communication abilities.

  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and perform well under pressure.
