Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse, Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an Produktions- und Betriebseinrichtungen
• Durchführung von vorbeugender Wartung, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an technischen Anlagen
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
• Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen und technischen Systemen
• Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Prüfungen sowie sicherheitsrelevanter Kontrollen
• Durchführung von Sicherheitstechnischen Kontrollen (STK) sowie Messtechnischen Kontrollen (MTK) gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen und normativen Anforderungen
• Durchführung von DGUV V3-Prüfungen an ortsveränderlichen und ortsfesten elektrischen Betriebsmitteln
• Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse sowie Erstellung der erforderlichen Prüfprotokolle und Pläne
• Betreuung und Einweisung von Fremdfirmen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Übergabe instandgesetzter Anlagen an die Produktion unter Einhaltung aller internen Dokumentationsanforderungen

Ihr Profil

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Industrieelektriker oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktions- oder Industrieanlagen
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Produktions- und Automatisierungssystemen von Vorteil

Fachwissen

• Gute Kenntnisse in der Antriebs-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik
• Solides Verständnis mechanischer Systeme sowie von Pneumatik und industriellen Anlagenkomponenten
• Grundkenntnisse in der Automatisierungs- und Robotertechnik von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung an elektrischen und mechanischen Systemen

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€43.600,00 - €70.725,00
