About Job The Manager/Senior Manager Controllership role at Multiplier plays a vital part in ensuring the company's financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in overseeing the monthly closing of books, statutory reporting, and adhering to monthly compliances. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax and treasury, to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Lead and participate in statutory audit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Develop and implement technical accounting policies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

  • Collaborate with junior team members to provide guidance, training, and support, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
