Kelly is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our client, a global agribusiness leader, on a long-term temporary basis to provide ongoing support across marketing operations and project coordination. This role will support a collaborative in-house marketing team across several workstreams, including packaging updates, sales enablement content management, industry event logistics, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, files, and stakeholders with precision.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Approximately 50% of working time is expected to be onsite at the Chesterfield headquarters, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday

  • Hours should generally fall within 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility based on business and project needs

  • No travel is expected for this position

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Artwork & Label Updates (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to review and update business-to-business and private label product labels and packaging artwork files

  • Conduct audits of existing product labels to identify potential updates and work with marketing leadership to determine required or recommended changes

  • Develop and maintain an easy-to-reference visual library of current labels, including markups documenting proposed and approved changes

  • Maintain project trackers across impacted product labels to provide clear visibility into required changes, approvals, completed updates, and overall implementation status

  • Coordinate updates to existing packaging artwork to ensure alignment with brand standards, legislative and regulatory requirements, and other applicable guidelines

  • Make basic updates to existing packaging artwork files in Adobe, including changes to text, fonts, and positioning of design elements

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on more substantial artwork revisions as needed

This position is not a graphic design role, but working proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is required

Event Management Support

  • Support category and channel marketers with the logistical execution of several industry events each year, ranging from large national trade shows to smaller regional tabletop events

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for event logistics, including preparation, packing, shipping, tracking, and return of booths, signage, displays, promotional materials, and other event assets

  • Plan and prepare the packing and shipping of materials needed for events and coordinate the collection and reorganization of materials following each event

  • Partner with category marketers to coordinate production of new booth materials as needed

  • Maintain inventory of trade show assets stored in Chesterfield, Toronto, and vendor facilities

  • Complete audits and maintain an organized library of trade show assets across storage locations

  • Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, technical service teams, vendors, shipping partners, and event organizers to support successful event execution

Formal event management experience is not required, but experience coordinating event logistics is strongly preferred

Sales Enablement Library Implementation

  • Partner with marketing leadership to implement a redesigned structure for the sales enablement content library

  • Build and configure the new library structure within the HighSpot platform, including pages, sections, and other organizational elements

  • Organize and migrate existing marketing and sales enablement materials into the new structure to improve accessibility and ease of use for Sales and Technical Service teams

  • Apply consistent naming conventions, tagging, and other content-management standards to improve organization and searchability

  • Maintain project tracking and provide visibility into implementation progress, outstanding decisions, and content requiring additional input

  • Support ongoing maintenance of the library following implementation to help ensure content remains current, organized, and easy to navigate

Training on the HighSpot platform will be provided; prior HighSpot experience is not required

Budget & Marketing Operations

  • Record and reconcile monthly vendor and subscription expenses against annual budgets and spend categories

  • Maintain budget tracking spreadsheets and provide visibility into year-to-date and year-to-go spending

  • Prepare basic tables, reporting, and analysis in Excel for marketing leadership

  • Support additional marketing projects and administrative initiatives as business needs evolve throughout the year

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience supporting marketing, project coordination, business operations, events, or related business functions is preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered based on the overall strength and relevance of their background

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Basic understanding of a business-to-business corporate environment; prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, files, and workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, and other tools to drive work through completion

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across functions and with external vendors

  • Ability to work independently, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and identify when issues require escalation or additional direction

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience using Excel for formulas, calculations, data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
