Full job description

Join us at Lincoln Tech! We're looking for skilled Electrical/EEST Professionals to become valued Instructors in our Electrical Technology program. No teaching experience is required. We specialize in helping technicians transition into engaging educators. Bring your passion for the industry and help shape the next generation of electrical professionals!

Key Requirements for Electrical/EEST Instructors

  • 3+ years of related practical work experience in electrical systems

  • NCCER Instructor Card (required within first 3 months)

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Great communication skills

  • Proficient in technology

  • Teaching experience is a plus

  • OSHA 10 or 30 completion preferred

  • Must be able to work, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities for Electrical/EEST Instructors

  • Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical Technology in our fully equipped facility

  • Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model

  • Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring

  • Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently

  • Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance

  • Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment

  • Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program

  • Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Electrical Technology
