Full job description

Under general supervision, will assist in managing constituent services for the Attorney General’s Office.

  • Responds to constituent telephone and written requests. Also, meets with scheduled and unscheduled visitors.
  • Manages, organizes, and tracks constituent correspondence.
  • Develops and maintains rapport with citizens through constituent outreach programs.
  • Serves as backup for the Executive Assistant to the Attorney General when needed.
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required program experience.• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the area of employment.

  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
