Electrical Maintenance Technician

Location: Northridge, CA

Pay: $28/hr

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and perform necessary repairs

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings

• Work with electrical circuits and electrical installations

• Use hand and power tools for equipment and facility repairs

• Support PLCs and Allen-Bradley or similar industrial control systems

• Perform additional facility maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, welding, painting, and sheet metal work

Required Experience

• Current California General Electrician / C-10 license

• electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or facilities environment

• Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting and repair experience

• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment

• Experience with preventative maintenance

This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
