APP – Trauma Surgery – Des Moines - $10,000 Starting Bonus

Description:

• 0.9 or 0.6 FTE Available
• Night shift
• No call
• Team approach caring for the trauma patient from admission to discharge. This includes trauma team activations, consults, and inpatient management of the trauma patient
• EMR: EPIC

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with shift differential
• $10,000 Starting bonus
• Annual CME allowance of $3,000
• Day-one benefits
• 403B with 6.5% match
• Paid malpractice

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 2-years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an Acute Care setting or 5-years of experience as a critical care nurse.
• Active Iowa NP/PA license and board certification required.
