  • Oversee intercompany accounting and establish consistent accounting policies and practices globally.

  • Improve visibility and control over working-capital drivers, including AR, inventory, AP/GRNI, accruals, and reserves.

Accounting & Cost Accounting

  • Oversee core accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, revenue recognition, and accruals.

  • Lead technical accounting for complex transactions and business initiatives.

  • Own governance of standard costing, cost rolls, BOMs, overhead allocations, inventory valuation, and manufacturing/supply-chain variances.

  • Improve controls around physical inventory, cycle counts, obsolete inventory, landed cost, freight, and GRNI.

  • Partner with Operations and FP&A to improve cost accounting, COGS, inventory, and profitability reporting across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Systems & Finance Transformation

  • Own finance’s role in the continued stabilization and development of ScentAir’s ERP and financial systems.

  • Drive improvements across Infor SyteLine/CSI, Salesforce, Power BI, and related finance applications.

  • Establish strong financial data governance across the chart of accounts, entities, products, customers, cost centers, and reporting definitions.

  • Ensure ERP, Salesforce, and Power BI reporting reconcile to one consistent source of financial truth.

  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality, and eliminate manual work.

Controls, Audit & International Finance

  • Strengthen the global internal control environment and accounting processes.

  • Lead the annual audit and serve as the primary accounting contact for external auditors.

  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and control deficiencies.

  • Oversee accounting for international subsidiaries and ensure appropriate local and U.S. GAAP reporting.

  • Partner with Tax and external advisors on transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and other international matters.

  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on financial and operational decisions.

  • Build a scalable controllership organization capable of supporting continued growth and future strategic opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with close, consolidation, audit, internal controls, and financial reporting.

  • Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation.

  • Strong inventory and cost accounting experience.

  • Experience with international entities and intercompany accounting.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or another operationally complex environment.

  • Experience with Infor SyteLine/CSI, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar systems.
