Job Title: Traveling Millwright
Per Diem + Hourly
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Industrial Installer Technicians to join our team in constructing and repairing industrial paint booths across manufacturing facilities nationwide. This hands-on, travel-intensive position is perfect for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience with structural components and industrial systems.
Responsibilities

Construct and repair industrial paint booth systems in manufacturing and production environments.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble structural frameworks.

Build and install I-beam structures and sheet metal panel systems for walls and enclosures.

Install ventilation systems, lighting, and other critical components for full system functionality.

Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and project specifications.

Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Essential Skills
-
Experience in industrial installation or similar mechanical trade.

Strong ability to read and work from blueprints.

Experience with structural assembly, metalwork, or industrial construction.

Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.

Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Certifications required: OSHA 10, Scissor Lift, Forklift, CPR, Fall Protection.

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
-
Journeyman status is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in manufacturing facilities and construction sites. Typical work schedule is Monday through Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM, with most weeks requiring 60 hours. Work hours may vary depending on the jobsite.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
