Client Manager Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 60 hours or more of college coursework

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.

  • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)

  • Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service while supporting the growth and success of the branch.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality care and support.

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers and team members to maintain a strong, reliable workforce.

  • Oversee staffing and scheduling activities to ensure client needs are met and care services are delivered as planned.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen referral partnerships.

  • Monitor client and caregiver satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive experience.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

  • Provide leadership and support for on-call operations, helping resolve client and caregiver needs as they arise.

  • Partner with branch leadership to implement company initiatives, improve processes, and achieve operational and business goals.
