City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health Plans Community Care is looking to hire a Team Coordinator, Enrollment.

This is a remote position: Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

The Team Coordinator of Enrollment supervises the day-to-day processes & staff related to all enrollment activities, including but not limited to, web, paper, electronic enrollment and group set up processes that will assure a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures. Accountable for daily workflow, staff development and quality control and quality assurance activities for the team.

Education:

  • Associate's degree in related major (required). Applicants who do not have their associate's degree will be required to sign an associate's degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their associate's degree within 3 years of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Prior Project Management & Process Improvement experience (required).
  • 3 years of Enrollment experience (required).

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full-Time employment is: $60,756.8 – $101,254.4 Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
