Location: Work from home (Pennsylvania) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Proven, experienced digital marketer supporting the team with execution of digital communications across external channels. Has clear areas of single-point responsibility for specific initiatives and/or deep expertise on specific digital platforms and applications. Job Duties:
- Develop campaign workflows in CRM and Marketing platforms.
- Design and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, SEO, and brand websites.
- Create and execute targeted emails, own list growth strategies, maintenance, segmentation, and analysis.
- Contribute to an excellent consumer experience by ensuring proper testing and implementation of marketing assets, web content, links, and navigation paths.
- Partner with system data analysts to create accurate marketing personas for targeted campaigns Builds or contributes to web analytics reports and actionable optimization recommendations.

Position Details: We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a supportive group of marketers, analysts, and digital experts who value partnership, innovation, and having fun while delivering impactful results.
In this role, you'll develop and execute email marketing campaigns, build campaign workflows within CRM and marketing platforms, and support multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and web properties. We're seeking someone with hands-on experience building, QA'ing, and deploying email campaigns, strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM expertise, and experience using project management tools to manage timelines, priorities, and campaign execution.
You'll manage audience segmentation, list growth, and campaign performance analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven, with a passion for creating seamless, high-performing marketing programs that drive engagement and business results.
This role may require up to 25% travel for on-site meetings, team collaboration, and business-related events.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required) Experience: Minimum of 6 years-Relevant experience* (Required) Certification(s) and License(s):
