Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst with expertise in benefits, analytics, and project management to support strategic initiatives, optimize program performance, and deliver valuable insights that enhance both employee experience and business results.

What you will do (responsabilities):

  • Lead healthcare and benefits projects from planning through implementation, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

  • Analyze healthcare, benefits, and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and cost drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that support decision-making and program governance.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence across benefits programs.

  • Partner with vendors, brokers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and program performance.

  • Support benefits strategy by conducting benchmarking, market assessments, and evaluating new solutions and healthcare initiatives.

  • Prepare executive presentations and communicate complex information in a clear, impactful, and business-focused way.

  • Ensure compliance, data privacy, and effective governance across all benefits-related activities.

Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP

​ Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, HR, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

  • Experience in Benefits, Healthcare, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or related areas.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights and recommendations.

  • Project management and process improvement experience.

  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI, data visualization, automation, or AI tools are a plus.

  • Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare benefits market is desirable.

  • Experience in multinational environments is a plus
