About the Team

The Global Partnerships team lies at the heart of Twitch. Our team is dedicated to serving streamers in our Twitch Partner Program from around the world. Our partner managers are custodians of meaningful and enduring relationships with our Partners. Our operations managers lead the execution and efficiency of critical processes used to support the Partner experience. Our program managers design and implement initiatives that acknowledge and enable Partner success. Collectively, we shape and evolve the Partner Program with meticulous care. Every decision is guided by the diverse needs of our streamers, who are the essence of Twitch's success.

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Content & Partnerships to lead Twitch's content acquisition and strategic partnership efforts in Brazil, our largest and most dynamic market in Latin America. This role owns the end-to-end partnership lifecycle in Brazil: from identifying and signing high-value creators, media companies, and brands, to managing ongoing relationships that drive platform growth, viewer engagement, and revenue.

Brazil's creator ecosystem is uniquely vibrant, Portuguese-language, culturally distinct, and rapidly evolving across gaming, esports, music, and live entertainment verticals. The right candidate will combine deep market knowledge with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for creators and live content.

This role reports to the VP of Partnerships, LATAM & Iberia, and works closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Advertising.

You Will:

  • Develop and manage cross-functional programs and Partnerships Team workstreams, including goal setting, operational frameworks, next steps, and deliverables.

  • Manage regional business operations across finance tracking, tooling, data analysis, documentation, and templates to support regional and operational needs.

  • Oversee GTM execution and line management of GTM staff, including training, and support the rollout of global tools and platforms across LATAM & Iberia.

  • Communicate organizational strategy, goals, and best practices internally through written, verbal, and facilitated communication.

  • Partner with the VP of Content and Partnerships, LATAM & Iberia, to develop strategic change programs that improve and scale initiatives aligned with company priorities.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for large accounts and B2B relationships, including evaluation, contractual logistics, activation, renewals, and amendments.

  • Build and manage partner relationships by gathering feedback, presenting recommendations, and developing solutions and next steps to address partner needs.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, planning, consulting, or a related function within a technology, media, gaming, or similarly complex organization.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and working with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • A track record of using curiosity and sound judgment to develop solutions tailored to business and market needs.

  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Twitch and its creator community.

  • Experience working in media, gaming, talent management, the creator economy, or adjacent industries.

  • Experience working in either high-growth/scale-up environments or large, complex international organizations.

  • Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, and other business productivity tools.

Perks

  • Medical Insurance

  • Life Insurance

  • Pension Plan

  • Maternity & Parental Leave

  • Paid Holidays
