Our client, a leading organization in the educational and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Director of Project Management and BA to join their team. As a Director of Project Management and BA, you will be part of the Strategic Execution Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Director of Project Management and BA

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What's the Job?

  • Lead and mature the IT project management and business analysis standards across the organization.

  • Manage and develop Business Analysts, Project Managers, and related project resources to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with IT leadership, functional leaders, and vendor partners to support portfolio planning, project execution, and reporting.

  • Oversee demand management, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement to align projects with institutional priorities.

  • Develop executive dashboards, portfolio summaries, and leadership reports to provide visibility into project health, risks, and ROI.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or practice leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience managing project managers, business analysts, or similar professionals.

  • Strong expertise in demand management, portfolio planning, stakeholder engagement, and project lifecycle management.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve processes, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
