Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes. The Phlebotomist is required to comply with all OSHA and regulatory requirements including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment [PPE]. * High School graduate or equivalent. * Or, other experience and training that will support minimum on-the-job training to perform the above duties * Keyboarding/data entry experience * Knowledge of venipuncture techniques * Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude * Good keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systems * Continuous improvement mindset * Ability to handle different patient population including difficult patients. * Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills We take great care of careers.
