Full job description

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the recruiting operations group supporting Business Line Recruiters and Sourcers, Campus Recruiting Teams, and Ambassador Teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organization, clear communication, and a detail-driven mindset that helps keep every step of the hiring process moving smoothly.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Spring, TX (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $34/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Monitor the ticketing system for incoming HR scheduling requests, triage them, and assign them to the coordination team.

  • Review request details for completeness and follow up with recruiters when information is missing.

  • Coordinate scheduling for phone, virtual, and onsite interviews by collecting availability from candidates, interviewers, and executive assistants as needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-of interview support, including scheduling conflicts, interviewer no-shows, and candidate issues.

  • Support recruiting logistics end-to-end, including travel coordination when applicable, and ensure all updates are accurately reflected in the ATS.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years in a recruitment coordinator position or similar role.

  • Degree in HR or a related field.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; SAP Successfactors, ServiceNow, and MS Office experience preferred.
