Hiring: Experienced Service Technicians

• Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per flat rate.

• Production Bonuses: Additional earning opportunities through production-based bonuses

• Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7am-4pm | One Saturday shift every 3 weeks.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.

• Perform maintenance and repairs based on your experience and technician level.

• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to identify vehicle concerns.

• Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.

• Complete Audi training and certification programs as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.

• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.

• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.

• We prefer European, luxury, Audi, or Volkswagen repair experience.

• We prefer ASE or manufacturer certifications.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.87 - $45.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
