Coordinate resources and influence the completion of project and operational tasks across teams. Develop contingency plans and solve highly complex technical, operational, and organizational issues. Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. Identify improvement opportunities, operational risks, security gaps, and architectural concerns, and recommend practical corrective actions.
