As a Home Health LPN, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care to the organization’s clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician, and assigned by the supervising registered nurse.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting.

  • Home healthcare experience preferred.

  • Graduate from an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing

  • Current licensure in the State of Maryland

  • CPR certification required.

  • Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications.

  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
