Job Description

Organize and prepare written materials for beauty products, including product descriptions, usage instructions, labeling content, and internal documentation, in accordance with established standards for clarity, consistency, terminology, and structure.
Maintain organized records and files of product-related documentation, including revisions and updates reflecting changes in product specifications, formulations, and packaging.
Review and edit written materials prepared by internal personnel to ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and accuracy across product documentation and internal materials.
Select and incorporate appropriate visual elements, such as product images, packaging diagrams, and charts, to effectively support and illustrate product-related information.
Coordinate with product development, sourcing, and production personnel to gather information and develop familiarity with product ingredients, packaging, and production methods for accurate and consistent documentation.
