Job Summary We are seeking a part-time, 34-hour Triage RN to support our Women’s Health team across our Dover and Portsmouth locations. In this outpatient role, you will provide compassionate triage support, assist with patient care coordination, collaborate with providers and care teams, and help ensure patients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience. Schedule and Locations

  • Monday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at 770 Central Avenue, Dover

  • Wednesday: Remote, supporting 15 Old Rollinsford Road, Dover

  • Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at 67 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth What You’ll Do

  • Deliver direct patient care and nursing support in a dynamic outpatient Women’s Health setting.

  • Conduct patient assessments, support care planning, and assist with outpatient procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

  • Provide patient and family education related to treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, nurse navigators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

  • Uphold infection control protocols and contribute to a safe, professional environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • License: Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required; 1–2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.
