Responsibilities Telehealth is a growing healthcare delivery mode that facilitates access to subspecialty care and patients' easier access to outpatient care, resulting in patient safety improvements, increased employee capacity/satisfaction, increased patient access/satisfaction, etc. This position will perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, installation and support of new and existing virtual health applications, devices and peripherals. Communicates with end users to determine needs, schedule work, develop and provide basic training on all hardware and some software. Provide Tier 1 on-call support in a 24 x 7 environment, by responding to, diagnosing and resolving hardware and application-related problems through discussion with users, delivering remote and in person, when needed, technical support for Piedmont Healthcare. Qualifications

Education

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

  • Associate’s Degree from a recognized college or university in an IT related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of work experience in IS Field Services Required

  • None Required
