Position Overview:This position supports the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management Program as a Functional Analyst IV (Strategic Planning). This program provides SECREP supply chain management support to MARCORLOGCOM, including inventory management and strategic logistics analytics. In this role, you will lead strategic planning analysis for the SECREP supply chain, shape strategic-level courses of action, and brief senior Marine Corps leadership on policy and process recommendations.
This Position is Contingent Upon Award.

Job Type:Full-time/Exempt
Location:Albany, GA (MCLB Albany, on-site)
Anticipated Start Date:January 2027 (contingent upon contract award)
Position Responsibilities:
-
Analyze supply chain processes and architecture and recommend strategic-level courses of action for improvement.
-
Provide change management support to the Government customer.
-
Develop recommendations for changes to Marine Corps policy.
-
Develop briefings, documents, and communications on Strategic Logistics Services for executive and senior management audiences.
-
Facilitate meetings and conferences for strategic initiatives.
-
Apply detailed knowledge of the Logistics Command framework in strategic planning, metrics management, demand forecasting, allowance setting, backorder management, and GCSS-MC functionality and integration.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
-
Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics, or similar)
-
5+ years of experience in military wholesale and retail logistics activities in Reparable/Consumable support
-
5+ years of experience managing Ground Equipment Secondary Items
-
5+ years of experience leading strategic process re-engineering and development efforts
-
5+ years of experience with performance management frameworks for evaluating the effectiveness of products and services
-
5+ years of experience with supply chain business processes and architecture
-
5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, including curriculum, materials, and classroom instruction, including training to launch re-engineered processes
-
Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for a Common Access Card (CAC)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Active SECRET clearance
