Within the Sales and Service Technology organization, you'll join a collaborative, Agile-driven team focused on building and supporting the critical integration platforms that connect enterprise applications, systems, and services across the firm.

As a Software Integration Support Engineer , you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and availability of technology platforms that support key business functions. Working across applications, infrastructure, and database technologies, you will help solve complex technical challenges, lead incident resolution efforts, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions. Your ability to analyze issues, make informed decisions under pressure, and proactively improve system health and observability will directly impact business continuity and client outcomes.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting deployment, operations, and production support for business-critical applications and supporting infrastructure.

  • Experience supporting enterprise integration technologies, including Informatica, Control-M, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, or related integration platforms.

  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging application, system, and infrastructure issues in production environments.

  • Working knowledge of application architecture, including applications, database, and network layers.

  • Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues.

  • Knowledge of IT service management practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis.

  • Experience supporting CI/CD tools and software delivery practices, including Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub, or similar technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer focus with excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams to deliver reliable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.

  • Experience with Spring Boot and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

  • Experience supporting on-call rotations, major incident response activities, and service recovery events.

  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.

  • Experience implementing platform reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational improvements.

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain composed during high-priority production incidents.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
