WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
-
Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across a broad range of ERP-enabled business processes.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, operational needs, and improvement opportunities.
-
Translate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and solution specifications.
-
Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend solutions utilizing standard Oracle EBS functionality and best practices wherever possible.
-
Act as a trusted advisor to business teams by providing guidance on ERP capabilities, process impacts, and solution alternatives.
Business Process Documentation and Improvement
-
Document and maintain current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, procedures, and system interactions.
-
Create process maps, business requirements documents, use cases, and operating procedures.
-
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, enhance controls, and eliminate manual workarounds.
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process harmonization across functions and business units.
Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Functional Support
-
Support Oracle EBS business processes and applications across multiple functional areas
-
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to evaluate system capabilities, support solution design, and assess impacts of proposed changes.
-
Assist in troubleshooting business application issues and identifying root causes.
-
Support integration requirements between Oracle EBS and connected business systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance
-
Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on documented business requirements.
-
Coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities.
-
Document test results, defects, and remediation efforts.
-
Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and operational objectives.
-
Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-production validation activities.
Project & Transformation Support
-
Support ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, acquisitions, business integrations, and transformation initiatives.
-
Collaborate with project managers, functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Assist with change management, training, and business readiness activities.
-
Help define reporting, dashboards, analytics, and key performance indicators to support operational decision-making.
-
Contribute to Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
YOU HAVE:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field
-
Ideally 7+ years experience as a business analyst, ERP analyst, functional analyst, or similar role.
-
Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and business processes.
-
Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
-
Experience creating process documentation, workflows, functional requirements, and testing documentation.
-
Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
-
Experience supporting project-based, engineer-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or complex manufacturing businesses.
-
Understanding of project lifecycle management, project costing, project accounting, contract management, and operational execution within project-driven organizations.
-
Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Projects, Project Accounting, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Financials.
-
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, carve-outs, or business integrations.
-
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management practices.
-
Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Oracle BI, or similar tools.
-
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and ERP modernization initiatives.
-
Self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and consistently follows through on commitments with minimal supervision.

Strong business partner and communicator who effectively collaborates across functions and translates business needs into technical solutions and technical concepts into business language.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
