This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS, and Gamecock Recovery.Primary duties include:- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree and 5 years experience in well-being management.- Experience with collegiate recovery initiatives.- Experience in a college health setting.- Experience with delivery of wellness coaching.- CHES and/or wellness coaching certification, or willing and eligible to obtain.
