Full job description
NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Vice President of EMEA Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, accelerating developer adoption, and expanding NVIDIA’s leadership across AI Infrastructure, Sovereign AI, Omniverse, Physical AI, and our rapidly expanding software ecosystem.
As a key member of the Global Marketing leadership team, you will design and execute a comprehensive EMEA marketing strategy aligned with NVIDIA’s overarching business objectives. You will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed regional marketing organization, orchestrating integrated programs across field marketing, enterprise campaigns, partner marketing, and high-impact developer programs. Working in close partnership with Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO), Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and executive leadership, you will ensure global marketing strategies are localized to meet the distinct cultural, economic, and regulatory needs of EMEA markets while leveraging the full power of NVIDIA’s global teams and partners.
What you'll be doing:
-
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute NVIDIA’s integrated marketing vision across the diverse EMEA footprint, aligning regional priorities with global corporate strategies.
-
Ecosystem Engagement: Drive deep engagement across the entire NVIDIA ecosystem, from AI startups and developer communities to Fortune 500 enterprises, research universities, and governments.
-
Sales Alignment: Partner seamlessly with the EMEA Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) leadership team to co-develop integrated strategies that drive engagement and accelerate revenue.
-
Market Intelligence: Synthesize regional customer trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to shape future global marketing investments and product positioning.
-
Functional Excellence, including regional events: Lead and inspire a world-class regional team spanning partner marketing, enterprise campaigns, developer relations marketing, and major events (e.g. GTC).
-
Cultural & Operational Stewardship: Foster a high-accountability, fast-paced culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring regional execution maintains absolute alignment with NVIDIA’s brand and global initiatives.
What We Need to See:
-
Executive Experience: 15+ overall years of progressive B2B technology marketing leadership, with a proven track record of managing large, matrixed marketing organizations across EMEA.
-
GTM Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing regional marketing strategies that measurably scale enterprise pipeline, developer adoption, and brand equity.
-
Matrix Mastery: 6+ years of exceptional ability to navigate complex, highly matrixed global organizations and build deep, collaborative partnerships with executive sales leaders and product teams.
-
Domain Expertise: Strong foundational understanding of accelerated computing, enterprise AI, cloud architecture, and the developer ecosystem. Understanding of what drives AI adoption.
-
Presence & Influence: Outstanding executive presence with the communication and stakeholder management skills required to represent NVIDIA at the highest levels with partners, customers, and internal leadership.
-
Agility: Proven ability to lead organizational transformation during periods of rapid industry evolution. Experience in scale-ups and/or high growth hyperscale organizations.
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
-
Developer-First Mindset: Deep experience marketing platform technologies and building thriving developer ecosystems.
-
European Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity navigating EMEA’s complex regulatory landscape, specifically around data sovereignty and AI governance, to position NVIDIA as the trusted partner for regional AI infrastructure.
-
Hyper-Growth Execution: Proven experience scaling a regional marketing engine during a period of exponential market demand and technological disruption.
-
Ecosystem Networks: Existing, strong relationships within the EMEA enterprise, cloud service provider (CSP), and startup ecosystems.
