Role Description

This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health’s delivery of mental health services in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. In this role, you will provide counselling/therapy sessions to clients (via in-person and virtual settings), while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards. Associates are expected to have access to a suitable, private, and professional venue to conduct in-person sessions.

Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra’s care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification in psychology and counselling

  • Licensed or registered to practice in the Philippines (preferred, based on local requirements)

  • Experience in providing counselling or therapy services

  • Must have a safe, private, and professional space for in-person sessions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice

  • Timely completion of documentation and administrative requirements

  • Comfortable using digital tools/platforms for sessions and case management

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with a remote team

  • Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage
