Location: Logan Township, NJ West Deptford, NJ

Pay: $23.00-$26.00/hour

Work Environment

Onsite role supporting the management of a growing fleet operation throughout Southern New Jersey. The position requires frequent interaction with customers, vehicle operators, maintenance vendors, and internal leadership to ensure smooth fleet operations and service delivery.

• Monday through Friday

• Standard business hours

• Local travel between fleet sites may be required

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $23.00-$26.00/hour

Duration: 9-Month Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating daily fleet activities, maintaining vehicle readiness, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and supporting customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with operations, logistics, rental, or fleet experience who enjoy working in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations and vehicle availability

• Perform vehicle inspections and condition assessments

• Coordinate cleaning, fueling, and reconditioning activities

• Work with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance

• Maintain fleet records and operational reporting

• Provide exceptional client support and account assistance

• Monitor fleet health and utilization metrics

• Assist with vehicle onboarding and deployment activities

• Support operational process improvements

• Build partnerships with customers and service providers

Required Skills & Experience

• Operations, logistics, fleet, or rental industry experience

• Strong customer-facing communication skills

• Vendor coordination experience

• Proficiency with Excel and data entry

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
